Task:

1. Talk to Dr. Torsche. He will attempt to revive Catherine.

2. Catherine will explode! (Don't worry, it is supposed to happen).

3. Talk to Dr. Torsche again to get EXP Card and open up the quest “It is Best to Prepare for a Rainy Day”
