 1. Speak to Diego the Carpenter 

2. He wants you to place his advertising flyers on the notice boards in Reboldoeux and Coimbra.

3. Return to Diego once finished.

Quest: Construction Equipment

Task:

 *Note: I am not sure how to activate this quest but I got this when I was level 57 with no quest to do.

1. Talk to Diego and he will ask you to get his construction equipment from Jack.

2. Go to Jack and get Rusty Construction Equipment.

3. Return to Diego.

Quest: Securing Areas for Construction

Level: 25

Place: Cite de Reboldoeux

Npc: Diego the Carpenter

Reward: Healing Ampules, Exp Card

Task:

1. Talk to Diego after the Construction Equipment quest.

2. He wants you to go to Tetra Hill and kill

• 20 Phobitan Imp
  
• 20 Little Plaque Rogue
  
• 20 Little Plaque Noir

3. Return to Diego for your reward.

Quest: Rubber and Steel

Level: 26

Place: Cite de Reboldoeux

Npc: Diego the Carpenter

Reward: Healing Ampule, Exp Card, New Construction Equipment

Task:

1. Talk to Diego after Securing Areas for Construction quest.

2. He complains his equipment got rusty and now he need materials for his equipment.

• 15 Hard Steel
  
• 15 Katai Rubber

3. Go to Tetra Ruins and kill Phobitan monsters to get your items.

4. Return to Diego.

Quest: Construction Certificate

Level: 26

Place: Cite de Reboldoeux

Npc: Diego the Carpenter

Reward: Exp Card, Diego the Carpenter Character Card

Task:

1. Talk to Diego after you receive the New Construction Equipment.

2. He wants you to get Construction License so talk to Domingo in Cite de Reboldoeux and Nunez from Port of Coimbra.

3. Go to Domingo and show him the equipment. Then go to Nunez at Port of Coimbra.

4. Nunez will tell you to go to Tetra Ruins and get 5 Certificates from Little Plaque Eton in Tetra Ruins.

5. Return to Nunez to get the License.

6. Return to Diego to finish the quest
