Task:

1. Talk to Diego after you receive the New Construction Equipment.

2. He wants you to get Construction License so talk to Domingo in Cite de Reboldoeux and Nunez from Port of Coimbra.

3. Go to Domingo and show him the equipment. Then go to Nunez at Port of Coimbra.

4. Nunez will tell you to go to Tetra Ruins and get 5 Certificates from Little Plaque Eton in Tetra Ruins.

5. Return to Nunez to get the License.

6. Return to Diego to finish the quest
