Task:

 *Note: I am not sure how to activate this quest but I got this when I was level 57 with no quest to do.

1. Talk to Diego and he will ask you to get his construction equipment from Jack.

2. Go to Jack and get Rusty Construction Equipment.

3. Return to Diego.
