1. Talk to Jean-Pierre Gascon in City of Auch.

2. He will ask you to get 40 pieces of Dr Torsche's Diary.

3. Go to Dr Torsche's Mansion, Grand Library and kill Haunted Desks to get the items.

4. Return to Jean-Pierre.
