Quest: Humans Need Food, Robots Need Otite!

Place: Dr Torsche's Mansion Grand Library

Npc: Kamen

Reward: Exp Card

Task:

1. Use the Otite Key you got from Roseann the Maid to enter the Grand Library. The entrance is in Reception Hall (J8).

2. Inside the Grand Library, go to the Butler's Room (G6) and talk to Kamen.

3. He will not speak to you because he lack power. So go back to Roseann to get the Kamen Energy Unit (Power Storage Device for Kamen quest) 

4. Return to Kamen after you get the Power Unit. This time the robot will wake up.
