Task:

1. Complete the Uncover the Plot to Destroy the Statue of Ferruccio quest. Sir Lyndon will continue to talk about a certain document he has and he will ask you to deliver it to Christelle.

2. Accept the quest and head to Christelle the Pioneering Officer (she is just outside the Office of Pioneering Support, you won't miss her) and give her the secret document. She will give you an almanac in return after accusing you of peeking.

3. Head back to Sir Lyndon to give him the almanac and receive the reward.
